To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its’ traditional bars and restaurants and to the west is the world famous Marbella Club with Puerto Banús beyond . There is something for everybody and guests at Number One Marbellamar; guests have use of the private community swimming pool (summer months only) and tennis courts and you are within five hundred meters of thee of the best restaurants on the coast, four supermarkets are within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoiled for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.The property has recently undergone extensive updating and redecoration by its’ new owners and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a swell equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and separate dining area is comfortable and elegant with French doors that lead to an east facing terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is the smallest bedroom with a single bed that rolls out into a double if required and a shower room and guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area for washing and drying and further storage area.On the first floor is a master bedroom with separate dressing area and well-appointed bathroom with shower cubicle; there are sea views from the bedroom and bathroom! There are two further large and well decorated twin bedrooms on this floor (each with two single beds) which share a family bathroom.On the upper level is an enormous (70 m2) partially covered roof terrace with wonderful panoramic open views to the mountains, gardens and of course the beach and sea. It has a bar area and BBQ and is perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and rise (if you are awake that early!). The fifth twin bedroom is also accessed from the roof terrace so its ideal for teenagers or anyone seeking a degree of privacy as this room is separate from the main house.We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over One thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets.As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning. We provide a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular service or a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers or car hire, a cot or to hire a super yacht or Ferrari (or perhaps a more practical vehicle for the family) then you only have to ask – our aim is to make your holiday at Number One unforgettable!Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid’s service and arrange catering for you in the property.
